Join the AACC Dance Company for a Winter Dance Concert reimagining highlights from "The Nutcracker Suite." With Duke Ellington's jazz take alongside a few of Tchaikovsky's beloved classics, this fresh holiday twist delights audiences of all ages. It's a lively spin on the holiday classic and promises something for everyone – families, first time attendees and seasoned dance lovers alike. The program opens with original works created and performed by company dancers, showcasing fresh voices and vibrant choreography. The evening concludes with "Suite Dreams: Clara's Return," where audiences journey with Clara back to a cherished place from her childhood. Celebrate the season with an enchanting blend of tradition and jazz-infused surprise.

AACC Concert Choir and Chamber Singers Concert "I Believe"

It's an hour of power celebrating the Black American choral tradition featuring gospels and spirituals. The AACC Chamber Singers, AACC Concert Choir, Alexandria Crichlow (soprano), Charlie Seda (drums) and Choral Director Douglas Byerly (piano) will take the stage.

AACC World Class Jazz Series Clinic (Free)

AACC World Class Jazz Series Clinic presents a free clinic with Tom Lagana. "Lagana’s playing displays fluid fingering up and down the fretboard, bobbing between subtle and fervor, engaging the listener by setting life’s musings to organic compositions!” “Lagana’s guitar playing evidences traces of John Scofield, Pat Metheny and Bill Frisell.” These are just a few statements being made about Tom Lagana and his powerful group. Lagana will share helpful tips, talk about his career journey and answer questions.

Enjoy a masterful performance by the AACC Symphony Orchestra in “Pictures at an Exhibition!” Professor Anna Binneweg, D.M., is conductor of these skillful musicians, all AACC students and community members. She uses well-timed technique and powerful movements to present a grand and harmonious sound. Some works featured are Symphony No. 3 “Scottish,” by Mendelssohn, and “Pictures at an Exhibition,” by Massorgsky/Ravel.

This program features musical scores that spotlight your favorite creatures, myths and unsolved mysteries inspired by the TV series “In Search of . . .” UFOs, cryptids and sun worshippers make an appearance on this musical journey with a dash of voodoo performed by the AACC Concert Band and AACC Clarinet Choir. AACC instructors Paul Dembowski and Lynda Dembowski, D.M.A., and euphonium soloist Noah Nicholson craftily pull audiences in to gripping and tension mounting movements with splashes of eerie and peculiar sounding compilations. You just might be shocked to find yourself on the edge of your seat. We hope you can join us!

AACC Theatre Mainstage Production

Robert E. Kauffman Theater in the Pascal Center for Performing Arts 

On stage for a limited time at AACC in Arnold is "The Diary of Anne Frank." The play by France Goodrich and Albert Hackett is newly adapted by Wendy Kesselman and directed by Erin Bone Steele. 

The storyline is based on the book, "Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl."

The play won the 1956 Tony Award® for Best Play and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama. It's also the winner of virtually every other coveted theatre prize. Very few plays have moved Broadway critics to write such glowing reviews.
