A Taste of Hawaii | Learn about Hawaiian cuisine and the people of Hawaii who have influenced the different flavors prevalent today. Explore a brief history of Hawaii and how its history has influenced Hawaiian flavors. Prepare and evaluate Hawaiian dishes. Students will be able to taste and explain their dishes and have a better understanding of different types of Hawaiian dishes. $76+ includes $34 fee. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
