Section Info: Arnold Senior Center| Seated Tai Chi | This seated Tai Chi class offers a gentle approach to mental and physical wellbeing based on the Yang Style Simplified Short Form. Designed for those who have difficulty standing or use a wheelchair, the class uses slow, smooth movements with deep breathing. Often called "meditation in motion," seated Tai Chi supports cardiovascular and immune health, improves balance, eases joint discomfort, and promotes mental clarity, improved mood, reduced anxiety, and overall wellbeing.
