Security Guard Training | Gain the requirements needed to complete the Maryland 12-hour security guard training. Given various scenarios and using the annotated code of Maryland and/or the Digest of Criminal Laws, learn to identify elements of a given crime. Discuss how to identify the legal limits of a security guard?s authority to arrest and/or detain a suspect. Learn about state certification requirements and excel in security and public safety roles. CEUs issued. $124 includes $18 fee. Note: Students must be 18 years or older. This course has been approved by the Maryland Police and Correctional Training Commissions to satisfy the 12 hour initial security training.
