Analyze terrorism and counterterrorism and explore contemporary issues in domestic and international contexts. Examine methods employed by law enforcement and intelligence agencies for preventing and detecting terrorism, including the collection and documentation of evidence for prosecuting terrorists. Study topics such as the media's role in covering terrorist events, constitutional and sociological challenges in investigating terrorism in democratic societies and the implications for privacy and individual rights.
