Jennifer Schuster has been active in the design community for more than 20 years.
She began as a junior designer in 1995 for a small advertising agency in the Baltimore suburbs where she learned to design websites using PageMill. Her skills expanded and grew as she continued working at various boutique design firms as graphic designer, web designer and creative director. She has designed websites, kiosks, interactive training, large-format posters, exhibits, art books, identity packages, posters, T-shirts, ads for social media and much more.
She has volunteered for a number of community design collectives such as Girls Rock On The Web, American Institute of Graphic Arts-Baltimore student portfolio reviews and University of Maryland Baltimore County's Center for Women in Technology.
Her personal work explores the concept of blog technology as a platform for the unspoken words we collect.
Schuster has taught graphic and web design at Northern Virginia Community College; Maryland Institute, College of Art; Howard Community College; and Stevenson University. She continues to help clients solve design problems through her company, DigitalJenn.
