Suzanne Boyer joined Anne Arundel Community College in 2009 as the executive director of Human Resources. Her prior work experience includes HR roles at Human Resources for Blind Industries and Services of Maryland, Youth Services International, CIENA and Notre Dame University of Maryland. Boyer holds a Master of Arts degree from Notre Dame University with a concentration in human resources and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology with a concentration in human resources from UMBC. Boyer is a certified senior professional in human resources (SPHR) and a SHRM senior certified professional (SHRM-SCP). In addition, Boyer has been trained as an engagement coach.
Lisa Sanford has a master's degree in human resource management from St. Francis University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Penn State University. She has been a certified human resources professional (PHR) since 1997. Sanford's main responsibilities include overseeing the classification/compensation for faculty and staff, recruitment of faculty and staff, and provides human resources information systems oversight.
