The purpose of this Conflict of Interest Policy is to assure that members of the Anne Arundel Community College Board of Trustees exercise, at all times, impartiality and independent judgment and avoid improper influence or even the appearance of improper influence. Therefore members of the Board of Trustees in the performance of their obligations and responsibilities shall avoid any conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest between the interests of the College and the member’s interest.
