Every fall, the Visual Arts department at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) hosts its signature event, Pathways to Art School: Student Portfolio Review Night. This event is designed for art students from AACC and Anne Arundel County Public Schools (AACPS) who are interested in pursuing a degree in creative career pathways such as studio art, graphic/web design, video, gaming, film and illustration.
At the event, students will have the opportunity to:
Showcase their best traditional or digital pieces, sketchbooks and concept art to representatives from universities and art schools, receiving valuable insights.
Learn about degree programs, portfolios, financial aid, admissions and more from local and international visual arts institutions.
View outstanding portfolio displays by AACC visual arts students.
