Train to become a certified administrative professional at Anne Arundel Community College. Completion of two online noncredit courses will prepare students to take the Certified Administrative Professional (CAPĀ®) exam administered by the International Association of Administrative Professionals. The training is offered in partnership with ed2go and can be completed in less than five months. Students will learn information and records management, communications technology, travel and meeting coordination, space planning and ergonomics, fundamentals of business law, ethics, operations management and how to select and train team members.
